A couple weeks ago I was out running errands and spilled my drink down the front of my shirt. I had plans to go walking with my girlfriends shortly there after. I went into Tractor Supply (because Heaven knows I would have ran into someone that wanted to chat in Wal-Mart) They had a $3.99 t-shirt rack. I found one in my size and purchased it without really reading what it said. Well, you get what you pay for!! The shirt says VA <3's ME. The apostrophe is clearly not needed unless Virgina Love IS Me!!
I've cutback on my soda intake and I'm not even missing it. I've been drinking a lot more water, then some tea and lemonade, and then wine. Hahah, a healthy swap? Perhaps not, but I'm not missing the sugar or really the caffeine. Eating a Chobani every morning gives me the protein I need to get through my morning without any headaches.
Today I made a record for myself in steps walked for one day. 17, 472 steps! Burned 485 calories. Walked 8.5 miles. Woohoo!
I can tell it is coming close to Nick coming home. I have the cooking bug. I made spaghetti tonight, one of Nick's faves. When I start to crave his favorites it is time for him to be home to eat it!
